- Sole Source Justification The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors, (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 intends to issue a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items in accordance with format of Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement to issue a Sole Source Award to ScheduAll for software support for the Schedulink LTD Package - Silver Level Agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. This Solicitation Number BBG50-R-13-00147 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) that will result in a single award of a Firm Fixed Price contract term for one year. FAR Part 15 (Contract by Negotiation) procedures to provide for Annual Support Renewal with ScheduAll. ScheduAll software is propriety and there are no resellers that can provide the professional services and technical support of ScheduAll which includes software updates, system configuration, training and professional consulting. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the email address provided at the end of this notice. All responsible offers will be considered. Please note that the deadline for submission of question by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 20 August 2013. Questions must be submitted in writing by email to: dsturgis@bbg.gov. (Answers to question will be posted in FBO). Submission of proposal must be received by Closing Date of 21 August 2013 by 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Proposal shall be submitted as a original and two copies must be sent via courier or postal services prior to the deadline.
