- The requirement consists of one year subscription to Wiley & Sons Journal Full Collection with perpetual access to all content in the 2014 calendar year and archival access back to year 1997, in accordance FAR Subpart 12.6. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-13-393PFS167 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
