- CLAUSE MATRIX RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for one (1) electronic scale base and 0-9 keypad (Brand Name or Equal) with the following configuration: • IS150IGG-H electronic scale base 0 - 150 kg x 1.0 g / 32" x 24" platform size Built-in calibration weight system is standard • CAISL2-UV1 Combics 2 Indicator 0-9 keypad for tare input The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423490, ALL OTHER PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MERCHANT WHOLESALERS. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Solicitation number DJD-13-HQ-Q-0082 is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The anticipated delivery date is on or before Monday, September 23, 2013. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The electronic scale and keypad system shall be shipped to the following address: DEA Southwest Laboratory, 2815 Scott Street, Vista, CA 92081.
