- This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to AtHoc, Inc, 2988 Campus Drive, Suite 200, San Mateo, CA 94403 for integrated mass notification system. This system is currently being used by National Guard Bureau (NGB) national HQ and a contract has been issued to AtHoc by Air National Guard HQ for use of all ANG installations nationwide. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify James B. Edington in writing via e-mail at james.b.edington.mil@mail.mil by 2:00 P.M. MST on 15 September 2013. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
