- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires equipment maintenance and calibration for the TESS, 1000 KIP and 100 KIP Load Frames for a 1 year period. The completion date will be no later than 30 September 2014. This Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures with MTS Systems Corporation due to this equipment was manufacturer by MTS. Request for W9132T-13-T-0039 will be issued on or about 3 September 2013 with a closing date on or about 9 September 2013. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to Diane.M.Biggs@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
