- Description
- This is not a request for either a quote or proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors to provide relocatable facility leasing services for at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai, Hawaii. The Contractor shall tailor the facility floor plan to meet the Government's square footage and interior floor layouts; deliver and perform set-up installation, provide and install OSHA aluminum steps, and upon completion of lease, provide removal of facility; perform repairs. Trouble/emergency call requirements and maintenance are included to minimize disruptions to the customers and Government operations. Emergency trouble calls shall be performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the contract period. Maintenance/upkeep shall include, but is not limited to, repair of broken windows, re-hanging of interior/exterior doors, repairs to HVAC, repair/replacement of broken or warped floor tiles. Maintenance shall include all exterior fixtures, including but not limited to, all exterior surfaces, roof, siding and piping. The proposed contract type will be a firm fixed-price (FFP). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532120 and the annual size standard is $35.5 million. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus two option years. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available.
