- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) DE-SOL0006100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 335911 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This RFQ contains THREE (3) line items. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 ? EIGHT (8) EA. NORTHSTAR 180 FT RED BATTERY. DELIVERY TO JONESBORO, ARK. CLIN 0002 ? FORTY (40) EA. NORTHSTAR 150FT RED BATTERY. DELIVERY TO JONESBORO, ARK.. CLIN 0003 ? TWO (2) EA. NSR0060 BATTERY RACK, INCLUDING BUS BARS AND CABLES AS SHOWN IN THE CABLING SCHEMATIC. DELIVERY TO JONESBORO, AR All Items requested are Brand Name?NO EQUAL PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes must be FOB Destination. All quotes must include a proposed delivery date (or number of days from award). Partial deliveries will be accepted. Delivery will be made Monday through Thursday, 7:30-3:30. No FRIDAY or HOLIDAY deliveries will be accepted.
