- Provisions, Clauses, Addenda and Other Information IRS Quotation Sheet Physical Security Equipment Specification Brand Name Justification Scope of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69, effective August 1, 2013. This acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside under Classification Code: 63 - Alarm and Signal, and Security Detection Systems and NAICS Code: 561621 - Security System Services (except Locksmiths). The small business size standard in millions of dollars is $19.0 A list of the contract line item, quantity, unit of measure, the description of the requirement, date, and place of performance are identified in a separate document listed as IRS Quotation Sheet. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the document titled Provisions, Clauses, Addenda and Other Information. Deadline for submission of quote is August 28, 2013 by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time via email to Sheila.Balkaran@irs.gov.
