- Fort Peck Natural Resources Section needs to purchase Aquatic label herbicide (brand name only) to treat surface water to control Eurasian watermilfoil in the water of Fort Peck Lake. Chemical is Aquathol K (endothall). Aquathol K (endothall) liquid dipotassium salt formulation; 4.23 lbs dipotassium salt/gal, 28.6 % acid equivalent endothall: Aquathol is the only endothall formulation used for Eurasian watermilfoil control in surface waters. Cascade is also a dipotassium salt formulation, but is registered for use in irrigation canal systems. Aquathol K has been approved for use in bull trout and sturgeon bearing waters and is included in the Environmental Assessment, finding of no significant impact to treat Eurasian Watermilfoil in the waters of Fort Peck Project. Specifications of Chemical 1. Herbicide: Aquathol K (endothall) liquid dipotassium salt formulation; 4.23 lbs dipotassium salt/gal, 28.6 % acid equivalent endothall. Quantity: 6 Container Size: 250 gallon totes Delivery 1.Herbicide shall be delivered as a complete package to the Fort Peck Project Office, #1 East Kansas Street, Fort Peck, Montana, 59223.
