- Pricing Spreadsheet for HSSS01-13-Q-0228 Motorcyle Parts FBO Announcement HSSS01-13-Q-0228 REQ #377338 The Government intends to award a Five (5) Year, competitive, commercial, Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of various Harley Davidson Parts (Brand name Only ) and other various motor cycle parts (see attached Parts List ). The Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) award is intended to be made by 30 September 2013, or earlier. Award will be made on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This is for commercial supplies. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 441228, Motorcycle parts and accessories dealers. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency All Bids are to be delivered in electronic format to Gregory.anderson@usss.dhs.gov. Bids are Due 23 August 2013 at 1200 PM EST. Reference number REQ #377338. The solicitation is posted on 15 August 2013
