Description
Parking for Collocation Houston La Branch Project. Notice Type: Pre-solicitation for expression of interest. Synopsis: Type of Space: 14 - Surface or Structured parking spaces. The parking spaces will be used to house the Department of Homeland Security, National Protection and Protection Directorate (NPPD). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in the LaBranch Federal Building, Houston, TX. Requirement: General Services Administration is seeking to lease 14 parking spaces for a period of 60 months. The lease term requirement is for 5 years with a one year firm term. Termination rights must be within 120 days. The parking spaces must be located within the following boundaries: •· Eastern Boundary of LaBranch FB- LaBranch Street southern bound •· Western Boundary of LaBranch FB- Austin Street northern bound •· Northern Boundary of LaBranch FB- Hadley Street •· Southern Boundary of LaBranch FB- McIlhenny Street. Parking spaces must be ready for tenant use immediately following lease award. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information: location of parking spaces and when they will be available, authorized contact information, written evidence of authorization to represent the ownership authority. Other applicable requirements include: •· Within delineated area. •· Parking must be reserved •· Parking may be surface or structured. •· Parking may be covered or uncovered. •· Spaces must be paved, concrete or asphalt. •· Parking spaces must me a minimum of 8'-6" wide, 9 is preferred. •· Spaced must me a minimum of 18' deep. •· It is preferred that the parking spaces are together. •· Must be accessible (able enter and exit parking spaces).
