- CLAUSE MATRIX RFQ and SPECS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for one (1) Pressure Reaction Apparatus 600 ml, T316 stainless steel (Brand Name or Equal) with the following configuration: • With 16 in-lb magnetic stirrer • With PTFE flat gasket design and split ring closure, Max Temp 3500C • Head to include 0-3000 psi gage/rupture disc. With double valve assby. with dip tube, gas release valve, cooling loop and thermocouple. • Mantle Heater Assby., 780 watts • Variable speed motor, 1/8 hp • Removeable head bench top reactor • 115 Volt • 4848 PID, ramp and soak programmable controller • Rated for 3000 psi at 3500C • PDM, Pressure transducer module The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516, ANALYTICAL LABORATORY INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Solicitation number DJD-13-HQ-Q-0084 is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The anticipated delivery date is on or before Monday, September 23, 2013. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The electronic scale and keypad system shall be shipped to the following address: DEA Special Testing and Research Laboratory, 22624 Dulles Summit Court, Dulles, VA 20166.
