- This is a notice of Intent the Governement intends to solicit with only one source (Imagine That, Inc. 6830 Via Del Oro, Suite 230, San Jose, CA 95119-1390) under the authority Far 13.106-1(b). This notice is being provided per Far 5.201(b)(1)i) and 5.207(c)(15) and (16). Market Research has found no other manufacturer which can provide the ExtendSim Maintenance Renewal, for Serial Number 87154191441, for a 4 User Network License for the current year and three years extended maintenance. All vendors that can meet this requirement may respond to this notice. The response should contain a complete description of the product. If the response suggests a qualified vendor, a competitive Request for Quotes (RFQ) may be issued. The determination to compete or not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is the Government's discretion. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendor who wishes to submit information for this requirement should email it to rhonda.l.washington@irs.gov. Submissions must be received no later than August 19th 9:00 am ET.
