- Description
- Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System intends to solicit utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5) on a 100% small business set-aside basis, Request for Proposal (RFP) for moving and relocation services. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, services and materials, except as specified in the statement of work.The combined synopsis/solicitation number is VA256-13-R-1714. The period of performance will consist of a base year and four (4) one-year options. The anticipated start date is 1 October 2013. Interested parties can view documents via http://www.fedbizops.gov. The Government will not distribute a hard copy of the solicitation or amendment documents. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents. Ne telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to receiving a government awarded contract. The SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) WITH a Base with four option periods. Contractors will be required to perform services identified in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 484210 with a size standard of $25.5 million dollars. The solicitation does not contain subcontracting for offerors who are a Large Business. All interested parties shall submit a proposal in electronic format which shall be considered by the agency.
