- Brand Name Determination SOW 13-3G0 RFQ HQ0727-13-Q-L009 K = Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice FSC Classification: 6640 NAICS Code: 334516 Title: Upgrades for the FEI Nova 600 FIB This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The NAICS code is 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number is H94003-13-Q-L009. The Government intends to award a brand name Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to FEI Company. The Offeror shall submit a quote by 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time, August 27, 2013. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The objective of this requirement is to acquire upgrades for the FEI Nova 600 Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tool from the manufacturer FEI Company., Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, 1 EA, Patterning and Image Acquisition (PIA) Upgrade for Nova IAW SOW 13-3G0; CLIN 0002, 1 EA, AutoSlice and View G3 Upgrade IAW SOW 13-3G0; CLIN 0003, 1 LO, Onsite Applications Training (2 days) IAW SOW 13-3G0; CLIN 0004, 1 LO, NSP, Manuals/documentation for upgrades IAW SOW 13-3G0 and CDRL A001.
