This is the solicitation ATCALS Towers at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The work consists of the contractor providing all parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following work: to design, engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) the instillation of (2) new 90-ft towers at building 2302 on Cannon AFB. The towers will be populated with new RF cabling, lightning protection, and obstruction lighting. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237130 with a size standard of 33.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated period of performance is 90 days. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.1405 and set-aside for Service-disabled Veteran -owend Small Business concerns. This solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for procurement as all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website. A site visit will be conducted at Cannon AFB on or around 21 August 2013 (exact date, time, and location will be provided in Section A of the solicitation), for the purpose of explaining the concepts involved with the project. Questions asked via phone call will not be answered. *** NOTE: All contractors must have a valid DUNS number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Program in order to be considered for award of a contract with any DOD agency.
