- ****AMENDMENT 0003 IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD AT WWW.FBO.GOV**** Louisville Maintenance Bulkheads, Louisville Repair Station, Louisville, Kentucky. This solicitation is to fabricate, paint and deliver maintenance bulkheads 110' long, 14' wide and between four (4) and six (6) feet tall. The contract duration will be 365 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The base bid will consist of the fabrication, painting and delivery of eight (8) maintenance bulkheads with options to fabricate, paint and deliver up to six (6) additional maintenance bulkheads. The estimated price range is up to between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a Best Value solicitation and the basis for award is the tradeoff process. Proposals will be evaluated by a team of Government personnel in accordance with the following criteria: Past Performance, Technical, and Price and Pro Forma Information. The estimated issue date is 12 July 2013, with an approximate proposal due date of 14 August 2013. The contract specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
