- TRIDENT FENCE CONSTRUCTION- WINNEMUCCA, NV This solicitation is for the maintenance of approximately 20 miles of fence. The contractor will furnish labor, equipment, and supplies except for specified Government furnished property, to repair, replace and maintain livestock fence, associated gates and drainage crossings that have been damaged or destroyed by fire or fire related activities. Contractor shall maintain existing fence to current BLM standards. Project is located in Humboldt County, NV. See attached Statement of Work, Drawings and Maps for complete details of project. NAICS: 238990 All Other Speciality Trade Contractors, Size Standard: $14.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable and are attached. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is (b) between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts greater than $30,000, but not greater than $150,000 will require Payment Protection.
