- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Fayetteville, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide armored car services to transport deposits and return orders to and from the Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC and First Citizens Band and Trust Company, Tokay Branch, 3606 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC for the period 10/1/2013 - through 09/30/2014 with four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. Offerors are to bid an all-inclusive price for all of the items noted below. Furnish armored messenger pickup/delivery service for the Agent Cashier Fayetteville NC Furnish armored messenger pickup/delivery service for Canteen Service Fayetteville NC This requirement is Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 561613. Contract period will be a base period plus (4) one option year period. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov. AWARD BASIS The Government will award a firm fixed priced contract on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of the proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-price factors. Non-price factors will be rated on an "Acceptable/Unacceptable" basis. Failure to meet any of the requirements will result in an "Unacceptable" rating and eliminate the offeror from further consideration for contract award.
