- IT Services for Base Education Center Solicitation Statement of Work (SOW) for IT Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Jenkins-F3Z3553127A901-IT Services; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69 effective 1 August 2013; Defense DPN 20130808 effective August 8, 2013, and AFAC 2013-0327 effective March 27, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, and the business size standard is $25,500,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is D399.
