- HSBP1013R0068 Solicitation Revision 8-15-13 HSBP1013R0068 Questions All Questions submitted by the required submission date have been answered and are inlcluded as an attachment to this solicitation. The latest attached Solicitation has minor revisions to the Statement of Work in response to Questions, and these revisions are stated within CBP's answers to the Questions. Section III, III.3 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (FEB 2012), Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Proposal Submission has been revised to provide clearer and more consistent understanding between proposal submission and the evaluation criteria listed in Section III.8, 522.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items (JAN 1999). The revised solicitation is attached to this announcement and Offerors are instructed to adjust and submit their proposals in accordance with this revision. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the proposal. All other sections remain unchanged and in full effect.
