- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The SDARNG has a requirement to complete audio video installation of an existing facility's classrooms. The classrooms are at varying points of system installation/completion. The intent is to make each classroom interactive utilizing an E-Beam Interactive System lectern. This requirement also includes the expansion and upgrade of the existing theater audio system. The requirement includes 3 separate projects. 1.includes the completion of 4 small classroom AV Systems. 2.includes the completion of one large classroom, capable of becoming two classrooms. 3.expansion and upgrade of the existing theater audio system. Project #1 is the only project funded at this time. Projects #2 and #3 are currently unfunded. The facility is located at 2823 W Main, Rapid City, SD. Some Government audio/video equipment will be provided for the requirement. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Government encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of small disadvantaged business concerns, service disabled veteran owned small business, woman owned and HUB Zone small business concerns in this activity. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written offer for RFQ W912MM-13-T-0037. The associated NAICS code is 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. NOTICE OF PRE-QUOTE SITE CONFERENCE An onsite pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 7 August 2013 (8:00 am MT) for purposes of allowing interested parties to see the classrroms and existing equipment and answering questions regarding this solicitation. The existing system equipment details will be provided and inspectable at site conference. ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY FOR ANY/ALL PARTIES THAT INTEND TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. Interested parties planning on participating please submit Company Name, Telephone number and Personnel attending to CW3 Monty Eisenbraun at the following addresses: monty.c.eisenbraun.mil@mail.mil. This information must be provided in advance, not later than 1 business day prior to the meeting. Any information provided at the conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Questions and Answers: The deadline for receiving questions on this solicitation in writing will be due at 3:00 pm MT on 8 August 2013. Besides questions asked at the site conference, only those questions submitted in writing will be answered. Questions shall be submitted to Monty Eisenbraun at monty.eisenbraun@us.army.mil. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Quotes (SF1449) must be signed, dated and two (2) copies of all supporting documents as listed herein to be received via United States Post Office, Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), or a similar courier or hand carried to CW3 Monty Eisenbraun NLT 3:00pm on 14 August 2013. Fax or email proposals will are acceptable. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov database prior to any contract award and complete the online representations and certifications in the website. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification number, Prompt Payment terms, FOB point is destination, country of manufacturer, GSA contract number (if applicable). Proposal pricing shall be good for 90 calendar days from solicitation response date. * Vendor to invoice in WAWF after the systems are installed, working and training is complete.* QUOTE Vendors shall submit the following requested information with their quote: ~ Page 1 (SF1449 ) signed ~ Pricing Shall be provided for each Separate CLIN. ~ Vendor shall certify that they are an Authorized Channel as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required to support both the product sale and service, in accordance with the applicable certification/specialization requirements. Provide proof/copies of the authorized channels that are current certifications upon submitting quote. Not doing so may render your quote as not acceptable. ~ Vendor shall submit three (3) references for similar requirements successfully completed in the past 2 years. ~ Completed 252.209-7995 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law-Fiscal year 2013 Appropriations.
