- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Business, and Small Disadvantage Businesses (8(a)), that can provide outpatient services in the Yreka, CA area. The contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to provide a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) and Primary Care Services within 30 miles of Yreka, California to the Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) eligible veteran patients. The Contractor must have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care for enrolled VA patients. Services include primary care, pharmacy services, laboratory services, radiology services, and emergency mental health. No formal solicitation exists at this time. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Nandini.Johnson@va.gov. The NAICS is 621498 and the size standard is $19.0 million. Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by E-mail to nandini.johnson@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time August 23, 2013. Information should include the Name of the Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone and/or Small Disadvantage Business.
