- Pre-Solicitation Notice Description of the Requirement: The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform industry of USSOCOM's intent to issue a RFP relating to Actionable Intelligence through a pool of resource personnel across the intelligence functional spectrum including (Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and other items and services necessary to provide analytical intelligence, technical assistance, special industrial security services to support various units and troops. Interested vendors shall have the ability to provide approximately 243 Full Time Analyst with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level security clearance. Interested vendors shall provide proof of operating with a cleared Top Secret Facility as accredited by the Defense Security Service (DSS). NAICS: 541990 FSC: R423 Competition: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. This notice is NOT a formal solicitation and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
