- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a contract to Ando Media, LLC, 15303 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 1500, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403-3137, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for an Online Radio and Command Information Delivery System for the American Forces Network - Broadcast Center (AFN-BC) to stream local and global radio services via the internet to DoD personnel, DoD civilian employees and their families overseas. See the attached documents for the line item descriptions, the detailed Peformance Work Statement (PWS), and the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC). This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. ** Amendment to correct the Title from "HQ003030770001" to "Online Radio and Command Information Delivery System"
