- SF18 Solicitation N00421-13-T-0362 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on brand name basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Monitors must be Apple products. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is a request for competitive proposals, all proposals received by 31 Jul 2013 4:00pm EST, that meet specified requirements will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received.
