- Replace Garage Sprinkler Piping at the John J. Duncan Federal Building, Knoxville, TN. Project consists of removing existing failed sprinkler mains and replace them with new black steel piping. New piping will be filled with nitrogen in order to avoid future corrosion. Pricing will be obtained for an Option to replace sprinkler main piping that has been fully corroded: The quantity to be removed is approximately (200) linear feet of 4" black steel pipe located on both the upper (UL) and lower (LL) of the John Duncan Federal Building Garage located in Knoxville, TN. The project is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 237110. The liquidated damage amount is $75.00 per day. Contract Completion Time is 60 days.
