- J&A for award This is a notice for a Chemical Analyzer lease prepared in accordance with FAR 6.302-2. This announcement constitutes the only notice, the government made a sole source award to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics IAW FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The award is a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for leasing Chemical Analyzer equipment. The contract was awarded on 1 July 2013 and has a 3 month period of performance of 1 July 2013 - 30 Sept 2013. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is based on unusual and compelling circumstances. Any information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for this requirement in the future. Reference the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) for additional information.
