- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and management necessary to provide electrical testing, calibration and reinstallation of all relays at Electrical Substation #1, Naval Station Newport. NAVFAC intends to issue a Request for Quotation (solicitation) for this project. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside and award will be made using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation package will be available on or after 26 July 2013 and will contain more specific details about this requirement. It will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at https://www.neco.navy.mil/
