- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6615-01-037-7781, Indicator Light AY in accordance with Korry Electronics Co CAGE 81590 P/N 276-5325-001. The estimated annual quantity is 12 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 3 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The 5-year maximum quantity is 60 EA. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Hercules C-130 and other aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is July 29, 2013. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
