- The DISA/DITCO Europe Contracting Office/PL512 intends to award a contract for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Direct Interent Access for Deveselu Base Romania in support of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Survelience Plan (QASP). The PWS details the requirements for the Internet Service Provider support along with the solicitation for 100mb direct access with internet routable IP addresses for MDA contractors onsite to utilize. This solicitation is for Base year plus two 12 month option periods that must be priced within the RFQ/Quote to be determined acceptable. The contractor shall provide all necessary support and equipment as detailed in the Soliciation & PWS. Amendment 0002 to the solicitation extends the due date to provide the forms to obtain base access for a site visit. The site visit will be the week of 29 July 2013. If interested in attending the site visit, please complete BOTH the Deveselu Access Request Form and the Cars and Devices Access form for Non-CAC holders. Return these forms NO LATER THAN 12 July 2013 to both Mr. Earl Kirkwood, earl.kirwood.ctr@mda.mil, and Ms. Lisa Kraft, lisa.a.kraft.civ@mail.mil. Each contractor will be limited to a maximum of threepeople for the site visit. Requests received after 12 July 2013 may not be processed in time to obtain access for the site visit. Any company that is interested in quoting on this requirement may download a complete copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ)/Soliciation from this website or by requesting one from the Contracting Officer: Ms. Lisa A. Kraft, Email: lisa.a.kraft.civ@mail.mil. Quotes must be submitted no later than 16:00 Hrs Central European Time, 08 August 2013.
