- AMENDMENT 0001-Solicitation No: W912C3-13-B-0001 will be tentatively issued on or about 26 July 2013 with an opening date of on or about 26 August 2013 via Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the Solicitation will be available. Once the Solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan is issuing a Pre-Solicitation announcement for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract for Installation and Repair of Concrete Elements at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The Solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237310 (Size Standard $33.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 The Solicitation will be issued as a Delivery Order Requirement for a Base Year and Four Option years, if exercised by the Government. All work is to be completed by the date stated on each individual Delivery Order issued. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. A Bid Guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price is also required. The Solicitation No: W912C3-13-B-0001 will be tentatively issued on or about 14 June 2013 with a closing date of on or about 15 July 2013 via Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the Solicitation will be available. Once the Solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for a Government contract award. Bidders shall ensure to complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) via SAM.
