- FBO Posting BEP-RFQ-13-107337 Post for 15 days The Bureau of Engraving and Printing manufactures US currency notes. There are two (2) manufacturing facilities - one (1) in Washington, DC called the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF) and one (1) in Fort Worth, TX call the Western Currency Facility (WCF). The Chief of Information Operations has a requirement for the Annual Renewal of GEHistorian with GlobalCare Support Package. This is a FAR Part 13 Acquisition. This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The quotes will be evaluated on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This award is for one (1) base year and two (2) one (1) year option periods. The period of performance is 8/28/2013 - 8/27/2014. All vendors must be authorized GEHistorian GlobalCare Resellers and provide a certificate of proof with their quotes. This GEHistorian with GlobalCare service is for the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF). The NAICS code for this activity is 423430. You are hereby invited to provide a quote for the following Product List: (1) Annual Renewal of GEHistorian with special discount for GlobalCare Support. Historian Standard Server 2500 pts (M4Key); (For SN's: 200072814, 200149373, 200149374, and 200149375; Quantity: 4 (2) Annual Renewal of GEHistorian with special discount for GlobalCare Support. GlobalCare Complete Support for Each Key/SN; Quantity: 4 (3) Annual Renewal of GEHistorian with special discount for GlobalCare Support. Industrial Gateway Server Basic Protocol; Quantity: 4 Representation by Corporation Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under Federal Law (FEB 2012): (1) The offeror does [ ] does not [ ] have any unpaid Federal Tax Liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability.
