- 2237 - Construction( Needed by T plus 60 days ) 552-13-203, Renovate Facility Restrooms located in various building with the Dayton VA MEDICAL center campus. Contractor shall completely prepare area of work for renovations, including demolition and removal of existing construction, and furnish labor and materials and perform work Renovate Facility Restrooms as required by drawings and specifications. The project will construct clinical space, administrative space, replace critical infrastructure items, and update systems deemed necessary for the building areas to become active and functional. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with project drawings and specifications. All work to be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and in accordance with project phasing. Recommended Contract Performance Period: 160 Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
