- JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL HSCG3813Q100182 BUY POSTING 15K - 25K THIS REQUIRED HIGH PRIORITY POSTING WILL CLOSE AT 1PM EST 07/18/2013. AIRCRAFT COMPONENT(s) / INTENT TO AWARD TO OEM OR INCUMBENT: Full Traceability back to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer 0GDP5 ONLY!) is required and must be stated with the quotation. USCG ALC MRS is seeking quotes (via plain text email) with intent to award, using simplified acquisitions, a purchase order for the following: 1. NSN: 6140-14-441-2499, BATTERIES, 3 CELL, P/N 019859-000, QTY 60 EA: MFGCD: F6177 SAFT BATTERIES. The USCG requires that vendors for these parts be certified to AVIATION SUPPLIERS ASSOCIATION QUALITY SYSTEM STANDARD ASA-100. Required delivery is 60 days after award. Justification and approval attached to RFQ. Only new traceable to manufacture by the OEM, Cage F6177, are acceptable. PMA PARTS ARE ACCEPTABLE ONLY by approval on a case-by-case basis by the USCG HC144 Engineering Officer. For a PMA item to be considered, the eligibility list must include propeller model 14RF-37, Full Traceability back to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is required and must be stated with the quotation. Drawings and specifications are not available, and cannot be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 60 Days after receipt of order. Deliver to USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Receiving Section, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, 27909-5001. FORM 8130-3 PREFERRED OR OEM COC IAW FAR 52.246-15. as indicated in non-specific aircraft system categories, with sample terms and conditions attached, in USCG-ALC-MRS-BAA-FY13 as posted on FBO.GOV. Vendors with "New Equipment Stock-On-Hand with full traceability back to the OEM wishing to show interest in providing a quote are encouraged to contact ALC MRS via email to Denise.m.coley@uscg.mil with their information. This time critical notice will close at 1:00 EST 17 JULY 2013 with award anticipated shortly thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received prior to the closing date, must be considered by the agency. This award is anticipated to be in excess of $15K but is not expected to exceed $25K. This special notice of intent to award is posted on FBO.GOV in compliance with and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 5.101 (Methods of Disseminating Information) between $15K and $25K. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) The system for award management (SAM) is a free web-site which consolidates Federal Procurement systems and the catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance.
