No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3T2031AX, NOUN: Bearing, Roller, Cyli, NSN: 3110-01-325-0617 P/N: 3110-T700-002; UH-60L/AH64-64A Engine (T701C). Quantity: 150 Min Qty/510 Max Qty on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract applicable to UH-60L/AH64-64A Engine (T701C) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with Contractor First Article Testing is 150 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 90 each year until contract completion. Contractor First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without Contractor First Article Test is 150 each 175 DACA and up to 90 each year until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This requirement is restricted to FAG AEROSPACE INC (CAGE Code: 36069) ; SKF USA INC, DBA SKF AEROENGINE NORTH AMERICA (CAGE Code: 38443) ; MPB CORPORATION,DBA TIMKEN AEROSPACE,DIV TIMKEN AEROSPACE (CAGE Code: 78118) & GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY,DBA GE,DIV GE - AVIATION (CAGE Code: 99207) because these parts must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of the DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
