- This procurement is a Request for Proposal for 415ea of part number 4087926-01 with one approved source (77445) United Technologies Corporation. This solicitation will be unrestricted and require FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Depot, Tracy CA. Requested delivery is 210 days. This item is sole source to United Technologies Corporation and technical data is not available and cannot be developed to permit full and open competition. This is a firm fixed price with quantity option solicited in accordance with FAR 15. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). The quantity is 415ea.
