- U.S. GOVERNMENT U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Palmetto City: Florida Delineated Area: North - Interstate 275; South - State Highway 64 (north of Manatee River preferred); East - Interstate 75; and West - Terra Ceia Island (Bradenton) US Highway 41 Minimum Sq.Ft. (ABOA): 9,400 Maximum Sq.Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Office/Support Space - 1,265 - 1,320 s.f. Storage Room - 500 s.f. Chemical Preparation Room - 150 s.f. Light Industrial Space Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Employee onsite or within 1 block : 8 Lease Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional requirements: 15,000 fenced secured ware yard contiguous to office/light industrial space A chemical preparation room will be located within the light industrial space. Easy access for off-loading supplies via tractor trailers and other large delivery trucks. A canopy will be located outside the light industrial area. All space must be contiguous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainable standards per terms of the lease.
