- Solicitation N00421-13-T-0388 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b), the manufacturer must be CISCO. This procurement is set aside for small business in accordance with Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6 Alt 1. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is a request for competitive proposals, all proposals received by 10-Jul-2013 by 04:00PM EST, that meet specified requirements, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received.
