- Lock and Dam 8 Repairs Project (Genoa, WI) and Lock and Dam 9 Repairs Project (Lynxville, WI). Work consists of but is not limited to all plant, labor, and materials needed to construct erosion and wave action protection at the storage yards at both Lock and Dam (LD) 8 and 9 locations. The work will also include riprap repair along the LD 9 Embankment, where riprap may have been damaged or missing due to past flooding. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will be 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation includes two projects with separate bid schedules. The solicitation permits bids for work on one or both projects. The solicitation along with specifications and drawings is expected to be issued on or about 26 July 2013.
