- Description
- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Roof Repairs at Building 470 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to construct a new roof structure over the existing Building 470 (excluding the newer addition). A new superstructure will also be constructed over the existing building and support the new roof structure in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 31 July 13. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 31 August 13. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small business in the state of Montana The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome ). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 31 December 2010, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00
