- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract for a new construction of Project No. 520-326 Construct VA Outpatient Clinic, Panama City, Florida. The Magnitude of Construction is estimated between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Solicitation will be issued on or about July 26, 2013 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures and other applicable regulations. All information for this Solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be made available This notice is for information purposes only and is not an Invitation for Bids. The Government is not obligated to issue a Solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the Solicitation. Performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5M. All interested SDVOSB firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, must be registered and verified as a SDVOSB at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at www.vip.vetbiz.gov, and must have a current VETS-100 report on file at www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/main.htm.
