- J&A Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) intends to award a sole source contract to Blue River Information Technology to provide CommVault Design and Deployment services. The contractor will provide current architecture review and analysis, architecture design, deployment and verification services. The synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. All qualified sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
