- Terms & Conditions/Clauses Davis Bacon Determinations STATEMENT OF WORK This contract requires a 200-Series Excavator and a medium size Dozer with operator(s) for repairing and improving wetlands and streams with its terms, specifications, and provisions including furnishing heavy equipment, heavy equipment operators, operating supplies, transportation, and incidentals. A Government Representative (Contracting Officer's Representative [COR] or Contract Inspector) will be onsite when heavy equipment is operating to assure contract operations are in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this contract/delivery order/task order.
