- This Modification/Amendment is issued to correct the telephone number for GSA Point of Contact Junaid Shah, Information Technology Manager. His phone number is corrected as follows: (215) 446-5797. Defense Acquisition Univerity (DAU) Integrated Learning System (ILS) This is a Request for Information (RFI) being issued for market research purposes. The objectives are to identify potential Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) learning engagement and delivery solutions, and to obtain a rough order of magnitude for the cost and time estimated to implement such at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Fort Belvoir, VA. GSA/FAS Region 3 Assisted Acquisition Services Division is conducting this market research on behalf of and in collaboration with DAU's Global Learning Technology Center (GLTC). This RFI openly seeks industry input to assist the Government in understanding the current commercial ILS products available in the marketplace that may be capable of meeting DAU's technical and functional requirements, and seeks open industry feedback about how commercial offerings might enhance DAU's ILE. Refer to the attached RFI document for details.
