- TERM AND CONDTIONS FOR LEATHERBACK TURTLE RESEARCH Statement of Work SF-18 LEATHERBACK TURTLE RESEARCH Descrition: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for vessel supprot for Leatherback Turtle research (RFQ ATTACHED). This procrement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties must respond to this announcement within (15) calendary days of its publication. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 858-546-7004 or emailed to pamela.g.jones@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquistion with an estimated value of less than $100,000. The Western Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office be registeed with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offerors must have a DUN & BRADSTREET number.
