- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (NCD) has a requirement for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Data Integrity Services support to NCD located at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA. 01760. The organization is approximately between 90-100 persons, who are co-located in Natick and at off site locations (Milford, MA, Orlando, FL, Ft. Detrick, MD, and Fort Belvoir, VA). Additional support may be required to the NCD's sister organizations, its Headquarters, and its customers. The contractor personnel will be required to utilize a combination of commercial software applications and Government specific software (i.e., command and Department of Defense (DoD) software applications) to perform the required tasks. The contractor shall: utilize systems to assist NCD to become more efficient; perform data integrity and ensure proper reporting on all contracts identified by the government; set up sharepoints for CMR verification; conduct internal and external metrics reporting; support contracting personnel to ensure the reporting of accurate data, fixing inaccurate data, and obtaining data reports for metrics; work as a facilitator between functional and technical personnel to correct and produce accurate data to ensure it is properly formatted for Army initiatives; and act as a liaison between various data collecting systems within the organization. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and will be awarded under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted early to mid July 2013, to the Natick Contracting Division web site at https://www3.natick.army.mil, under Business Opportunities, Current Acquisitions,W911QY-13-R-0067. Proposals will be due 30 days after release of the RFP. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal preparation.
