- DFARS Representations Cover Sheet Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number H92257-13-Q-0065 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130705. The North American Classification System Code is 334517 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Offers received from concerns that are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as a small business concern under NAICS 334517 shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is for Brand Name or Equal and FAR 52.211-6 applies. Requirement: Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command has a requirement for the following: (1) DR 2500 Flat Panel Digital Navigator System which includes: (1) Digital Imaging Unit, (1) Dell Laptop Computer, (1) Work Station Vet Ray Software.
