- Services Non Personal: The Air Force intends to award a non-commercial competitive contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the test, teardown, evaluate, repair, and upgrade of the Beam Steering Controller Unit (BSC) at Tinker AFB OK. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Material (T&M) CLIN is contemplated. The period of performance is estimated at 1 Sept 2013 - 31 Dec 2013 The estimated RFQ issue date is 25 July 2013 The estimated award date is: 28 August 2013. Request for proposal (RFQ): FA8125-13-Q-0051 The Air Force intends to issue this as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a firm fixed type contract with a T&M Line Item. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award a competitive, noncommercial contract for the repair of the Beem Steering Controller Unit. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a size standard of $14,000,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
