- THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR CONTRACTORS ON MULTIPLE AWARD CONSRUCTION CONTRACTS N40085-10-D-9429, N40085-10-D9430, N40085-10-D-9431, N40085-10-D-9432 and N40085-10-D-9434 AND ONLY THOSE COMPANIES MAY SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS SOLICITATION. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, services and equipment to provide new restrooms in NUWC Building 4, Naval Station Newport, RI. Work shall include removal of abandoned conduit, piping and wiring; removal of asbestos and lead containing materials; removal of existing interior finishes within the project area; removal of existing underground cast iron waste piping back to the existing sanitary manhole, including all excavation and demolition of the existing concrete floor and asphalt pavement; provision of new waste piping back to existing sanitary manhole, backfill and replace existing concrete floor slab and asphalt pavement; provide new restrooms as shown on NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 13-071A.
